Not sure if you can afford a new home.  The LWDC staff will assist you with that also. A staff member will work with you and a mortgage banker to evaluate your ability to purchase a home.  Assistance will be provided to you each step of the way to obtain a pre-approval for a mortgage loan.

 

If you qualify, the LWDC can also assist with your down payment as well as closing costs.
